With this feature, you can convert paper documents into text and store, distribute and edit them with simple commands. In addition, you can send documents that have been scanned to one or more users. The feature will allow for editable formats that include:

• Searchable PDF

You also have the option for your staff members to swipe their ID badges on the touchscreen with specific options designed for their department. Once they have decided to make copies, simply send the desired files to the copier that is connected to the network.
